Refund Policy
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
Exchange Policy
No Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason.
Exchanges for Damaged Items Only: Exchanges are only allowed if the item arrives damaged.
Proof of Damage: Proof must be submitted within two (2) days of the item's arrival.
Proof must include a video recording of the unboxing that begins before the package is opened.
If the item is opened before the video recording is started, the exchange will not be accepted.
If damage was previously disclosed: No exchange will be permitted for damaged items when the damage was disclosed at the time of purchase.
Exchange Options for Damaged Items
If the item is verified as damaged upon arrival and valid proof is provided, we will assess the damage and will reach a conclusion with you for one of these options:
Exchange for Same Item: We will replace the item with the same type, where possible.
If the same item is unavailable (e.g., for one-of-a-kind products):
a. 15% Discount on Your Next Order (to be redeemed within 4 weeks) and keep the damaged item
b. Exchange for an equally priced item (to be selected within 4 weeks) upon returning the damaged item.
Exchange for Sale Products: If the damaged item was purchased on sale, the exchange will be limited to a product of the same value as the sale price.
Repair Option: If the item needs to be sent to us for repair:
We will cover the postage required to send the item to us and the postage required to return the repaired item to you.
The item must reach us within seven (7) working days of us agreeing to the repair.
Shipping for Exchanges
The returned item must reach us within seven (7) working days of the exchange being accepted.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of the exchange.
Condition of Returned Items:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.
If the item's condition is worsened upon arrival due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including denying the exchange.
Discounts and Item Selection Deadlines
Discount Offer: Must be redeemed within 4 weeks from the date of agreement.
Equally Priced Item Exchange: Replacement must be selected within 4 weeks from the date of agreement.
After 4 weeks, these offers will expire.
Wear and Tear Damage
We do not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear or damage that occurs after the item has been worn.
If the item's condition is worsened upon arrival due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including denying the exchange.
